If you coach a team or run a tournament, you might find the following information useful.



Frequent Questions & Answers

  1. How do I sign up my team for GameTime?
  2. Call us through our toll free number or email us your information or questions.

  3. What information will our event page include?
  4. Your event page will not only help your attendees make their travel arrangements, it can provide valuable event information. Below are just some of the features a typical event page will include:

    1. EVENT NAME
      This area of the page includes event name, date and location. It can also include your team or event logo.
    2. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
      This area of the page includes our list of preferred hotels where rooms have been reserved specifically for your event. Additional information about each hotel is available by clicking on the name of the hotel.
    3. ADDITIONAL TRAVEL OPTIONS
      Our travel partners, Expedia.com and Hotels.com, can provide you with additional hotel selections as well as the ability to make car rental and/or airline reservations.
    4. DETAILS
      This area of the page includes the events start and end date, registration deadlines, information about the venue and a link to the events website (if available).
    5. LOCAL INFORMATION
      This area of the page includes information about the local area. Area maps, a list of local restaurants and local weather information can be found here.

  5. Am I getting the best deal with using GameTime Travel compared to the internet or other travel companies?
  6. We negotiate with hotels for the best available rate possible. We handle the headaches that come with working on these events by organizing it for you on our website and working with the other teams/coaches participating in the event. We even book rooms through our internet sponsor, making sure that our clients know that we are bringing them the best available rates. Again, we are using our expertise to raise funds for your team or event. A portion of the revenue or amount saved for each room will save money and/or raise additional revenue for your organization/event!

  7. How will our organization receive credit for reservations made on our behalf?
  8. Reservations made through your team/event's page are automatically credited to your teams account. If supporters of your organization wish to make their reservation using the GameTime Full Travel system (for personal or business travel not related to any event), they can still select your organization from the list located underneath the travel icons.

  9. When will our organization receive its ShareFunds donation?
  10. At the end of the season, GameTime Travel will total the amount of hotel room nights utilized for all of the games. We will then donate a portion of the commissioned proceeds back to your school/booster club.

  11. How do we get the most out of this website?
  12. The more people who go through our site and use the group name/rate provided, the more money your organization makes! Your fans need to know the difference between securing their travel needs through GameTime rather than somewhere else. By marketing your organization's event site to fans and supporters, you will get the most return.
